Alastair Michie

Painter and sculptor, son of the artist Anne Redpath, born in St Omer, northern France. Trained as an architect.

In the early 1960s he became deeply involved in painting and sculpture, eventually concentrating on acrylic and mixed media.

Lived in Wareham, Dorset.
